Cristina has been a Realtor since 2005,  She has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer and takes pride in the fact that over 80% of her clients are referrals or repeat clients.   

In addition to residential and commercial real estate, Cristina specializes in investment properties. She possesses hands-on experience with investment properties, which enables her to bring her own personal experience into every transaction. This hands-on experience enables her to help her clients with the unique aspects of an investment property transaction while helping them become familiar with managing the property after the purchase.

Cristina also specializes in distressed properties.  Cristina has been through extensive training and has had experience with providing solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market. She has a specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.
